Hi, followed the video for putting an flv video in to iweb, many thanks for that. My only probem is trying to create a preview image for an flv video using cs5, the option is greyed out, any ideas?

The ol' reliable is to just take a screenshot on your mac. Command + Shift + 4, then drag over your video. Viola! You've got a preview image.
Also if you install the Perian Plugin for Quicktime you can open your FLV in there and QuickTime (7) has options that can help you as well.
