I am building a site for a friend, who is not web savy. I am several years removed from working in flash, and know that you can load an .txt file dynamically in flash, using xml. I have thought of telling him to just use twiitter to do the occassional text update, but that seems cumbersome and limited. I would like to make it a simple .txt file so he can email me, then I can simply dump it to the FTP server, or possibly give him access to the server to dump it directly (he says nervously). So here's the question, Can I have a HTML Snippet call to a .txt file saved as an .html to dynamical update the text?
