I recommend you download the program and try it out! It is an amazing, fast, simple, yet elegant way to use flash. You can use the multiple preset themes and sizes to create your perfect flash intro page.
I do not work for them...lol I actually don't even own a license. I don't yet have a need for a flash banner, but when I do, that is the first thing I am buying. I have 4 flash files I already created just messing around.
The best part is the pro version comes with the editable files. ( I like to change the templates completely) You can also export it to a single flash file.
Im actually looking more for an intro flash video, like my logo flashes on the screen and it has a lot of effects to it and so on. Not really looking for a "banner"
Adobe just released a beta project called Project Rome.
Check it out! It may do exactly what you are wanting. It is a far more easy program to use, but is very versitale. You could create an entire flash website just using this program.
