Answer the second part of your question: (watermarking an image)
You can easily put a watermark on any photo by using a free utility for basic image editing. I recommend using Preview, because you already have it on your Mac.
1. Open the picture you want watermark and the watermark itself in Preview.*
2. Use the Rectangle Select tool and click and drag to select the whole watermark.
3. Copy what you have selected.
4. Now, go to the image that need the watermark. Paste what you have copied.
5. Place the watermark where you want it.
6. Save.
*If you don't have the actually watermark then don't follow the rest of the instructions. Just use the Annotation tool in Preview and insert a text box with you website name (or whatever text you wish to watermark) right on your image and you are done.

Yet, I do not know how to make the image non-downloadable.
