Can I rate my posts/podcasts? If yes, how? And then I wanted to get that rating and display the top rated on the main page. Is that also possible?

Hey Pedroisoni,
That functionality you want isn't built into iWeb for post and podcasts. So the work around that I've found works best if you need that is to create a blog on a major blog site such as blogger, tumblr, etc, and then iFrame that into the page you want in iWeb. Most of those sites have ratings and settings that your looking for, then you can iFrame that into iWeb and people won't even know they are on a different site.
Here's an example I helped someone do.

That site was done in iWeb, then they are using Blogger to feed the more advanced news blog page. Blogger has a little header navbar on the top of that, but you can get rid of by simply going into the HTML edit template section and find this line of code:

Right before it put in this code:
#navbar {display: none;}
You’ll never see that navbar again. Hooray!
