You will first need to be registered with either MobileMe, or a hosting company like GoDaddy. Personally, I wouldn't use MobileMe. I would get a custom domain name and register with a more professional host. MobileMe is meant more for personal use, and since a lot of us use iWeb for our business, I think MobileMe is not the way to go.
I personally use webhostinghub.com
They are very fast, friendly, and are always there to help. I have asked many questions through email that are answered within hours. I also have used the chat function twice, and they are very helpful.
You can even chat before selecting them so they can answer any questions you may have about their hosting service!
AppTorial is right. Use a hosting company so you have your own domain name.(more professional too)
The pros I have found to using a web hosting company is: Unlimited subdomains, email accounts(with your domain name!), a TON of server side options(like email forwarding - useful if your business has an older email account) unlimited transfer bandwidth, unlimited online storage for your website, just to name a few...
I am not sure of the limitations with MobileMe but I do know there are size limitations and email restrictions.
Don't be afraid to shop and compare web hosting companies for your best fit. There are a lot of options out there. I have also heard some people complaining about GoDaddy on these forums, so check those out as well.
Hope this helps some!
